Bourgogne Blanc 2023

The Bourgogne Blanc comes from the “Les Pellans” and “Champ Perrièrs” vineyards, located in Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet respectively. The wine is aged in small oak barrels for about 8–9 months, with very few new barrels used.

On the nose, it is fresh and clean, offering mineral notes, Granny Smith apple, a hint of vanilla, and touches of orange and mandarin. The palate is pure and rounded, with pleasant, gentle acidity, a mineral backbone, and flavors of apple and orange, accompanied by a delightful buttery note. The finish is pleasant and refreshing, perfectly completing the wine’s elegant profile.
