Vines exposed to full southern sunlight grow on sandy–silty soils. Add to this an 18-month maturation in large oak casks, and a wine with a dual soul is born: a true Nebbiolo for aging, complex and structured, yet also elegant, juicy, and inviting.

It releases sweet and refined aromas of iris, violet, rose, licorice, wild strawberry jam, cherry, and dried thyme. On the palate, it reveals an extremely fine tannic texture, finishing with a long, savory trail — the hallmark of a classic Nebbiolo aged in large oak.
