Erbaluce di Caluso in its most authentic expression: fresh, mineral, and radiant, just like the territory it comes from. It is the version loved by Marilena, Remo’s wife and Lia’s mother—a wine that tells the story of Canavese with grace and sincerity.
Made from selected grapes sourced from old pergola-trained vineyards on moraine soils rich in stones, this Erbaluce ages for four months in stainless steel, preserving its aromatic purity.
In the glass, it reveals a delicate straw-yellow color with greenish hues; on the nose, notes of hawthorn and fresh fruit emerge, while the palate is defined by lively freshness and a perfect balance between structure and fragrance.
Ideal with lake fish, appetizers, and dishes with light creams, it should be served at 10–12 °C to enhance its elegant and natural character.
