Colli Tortonesi Timorasso 2024

Elena has always been fascinated by the Colli Tortonesi area and by the potential and versatility of the Timorasso grape variety. In recent years, she has devoted great effort to promoting this variety, which therefore could not be missing among the key wines of the new project.
On the nose, the wine reveals elegant notes of yellow-fleshed fruit, white acacia and chamomile flowers, accompanied by subtle tropical hints. The submerged cap maceration gives the palate both complexity and structure, while maintaining marked acidity, pronounced minerality, and fresh aromatic intensity.
As a white wine designed for long aging, Timorasso should be opened well in advance of consumption and served in a decanter at a temperature not lower than 16°C, in order to fully enhance its complexity and depth.
